<br />and to do that with a grant process that meets the expectations <br /> <br />both of the roundtables and CWCB. <br /> <br />We're doing four years of funding here. And it is that <br /> <br />long-term funding that gives this criteria. But we have the <br /> <br />opportunity after the criteria and guidelines are reported back <br /> <br />to us--and that's why I'm making a real strong comment, that I <br /> <br />expect those criteria and guidelines to be reported to me. And <br /> <br />if they do not meet all of our expectations, then I think it is <br /> <br />our job as the legislature to come back and look at future year <br /> <br />funding. <br /> <br />Chairman Isgar: Yeah. I think along with that, too, <br /> <br />Representative Buescher, you know, I think some of the criteria <br /> <br />we'd like to see will address things like ability to pay, and so <br /> <br />that these small entities that really need it, you know, do <br /> <br />recelve that. But, you know, we've left this pretty open for <br /> <br />them to develop that criteria and I think we'll be looking at <br /> <br />that closely. <br /> <br />I think our intent is that we help those small entities <br /> <br />that don't have the wherewithal to do the feasibility and <br /> <br />compliance and, you know, maybe buy down a little bit of the <br /> <br />construction costs. But, that's what--I think that's what we <br /> <br />hope to see come out of this. <br /> <br />And we didn't--we'd have probably had a little less concern <br /> <br />had we laid some of that in the bill.
