But I believe, Director George, the way <br /> <br />the bill is written, the only projects that could be funded are <br /> <br />those approved by a roundtable, correct? <br /> <br />Director George: Madame Chair, that lS the way the bill <br /> <br />reads now and that it starts from the roundtable.
