Arkansas Basin Roundtable subcommittee: <br />Interbasin Water Transfer Guidelines Committee <br /> <br />September 18, 2006 – Minutes <br /> <br />The Committee meeting of the Interbasin Water Transfer Guidelines was held on <br />Monday, September 18 , 2006 at 31717 United Ave, Pueblo, CO 81001 . <br /> <br />Committee Members Present : <br /> <br /> Gary Barber Mark Pifher <br /> Jim Broderick Lawrence Sena <br /> Reeves Brown Dennis Smith <br /> Dan Henrichs Wayne Van d erschuere <br /> Leroy Mauch Frank Wallace <br /> Carl McClure <br /> <br />Excused Members: <br />Virgil Cochran <br /> <br />M inute Recorder: <br /> <br />Rachel B ogner <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence Sena opened the meetin g at 2 :00 PM on September 18 , 2006 by <br />completing a roll call of current members and recording new members. <br /> <br />First order of business on the Agenda was the election of officers. Mr. Sena requested <br />nominations for Chairman of the committee. Dennis Smith nominated Carl McClure and <br />was seconded by Gary Barber. Carl McClure nominated Lawrence Sena and was <br />seconded by Frank Wallace. After the vote with a show of hands, Lawrence Sena was <br />named Chairman of the Committee . <br /> <br />Chairman Sena requested nominations for Vice - Chairman. Leroy Mauch nominated Carl <br />McClure and was seconded by Frank Wallace. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Chairman Sena brought the attention of the committee to handouts provided for <br />discussion of propos ed guidelines for interbasin water transfers. <br /> <br />Chairman Sena summarized the two guideline proposals, one was presented as the <br />original guidelines and the second was a counterproposal set forth by Colorado Springs <br />and Aurora. <br /> <br /> <br />Arkansas Basin Round Table subcommittee: 1 <br />Interbasin Water Transfer Guidelines <br />September 18, 2006 <br />
