Applicants are encouraged to include a resume or other informatio n they <br />think might be helpful. <br /> <br />st <br />House Bill 1177, also known as the “Colorado Water for the 21 Century Act,” was sponsored by Rep. Josh <br />Penry (R - Grand Junction) and Senator Jim Isgar (D - Hesperus). It creates an Interbasin Compact Committee, <br />comprised of n ine roundtables – seven representing the state's seven river basins and two unique subbasins - as <br />well as gubernatorial and legislative appointees. <br /> <br />Coloradans from the Arkansas basin communities interested in submitting an application can print an <br />applic ation from the DNR’s Web site – www.dnr.state.co.us – and send it to the Department of Natural <br />Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, #718, Denver, CO, 80203. Those without Internet access can call the DNR, <br />(303) 866 - 33 11, and have one sent.
