Sedgwick Count y <br />Exit point for the South Platte but issues similar to headwaters <br />Development upstream is impacting water quality <br />Compact and 3 States burden falls on lower river. <br />Concern about municipal reuse <br />Solution: Ovid Reservoir <br />Need: Appeal to state to fund Ovid?
