Notes:

This is just a reminder that the Board's next "Planning Workshop" is on Tuesday, November
25, at 9:00 a.m., in Room #308 at Denver Water. Breakfast will be provided, and the workshop
will conclude at approximately 11 :00 a.m. The topic for the workshop is "Denver Water's
Moffat Collection System Project". A great deal is happening on the north-end supply effort,
including numerous meetings with the Corps of Engineers and the consultants on the project.
We have just concluded three "NEP A Scoping Public Meetings"*. Weare also having
extensive discussions with Grand County, since whatever north-end supply option the Board
selects around the end of 2004, the water is likely to come from Grand County. It is the
concerns of Grand County as well as other regulatory issues in this process which we want to
focus on in the workshop.
