These flow recommendations are intended to protect the Yampa <br />. River from Stagecoach Reservoir to Lake Catamount in Routt County _ A copy of the Written materials <br />that were provided to the Commission for this agenda item is attached for your information. The <br />Commission unanimously approved the biological flow recommendations that are described in the staff <br />memorandum and via this letter we are transmitting our endorsement of the flow recommendations.
