That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned:

1. CONTRACTOR will commence and complete the work as required herein.
2. CONTRACTOR will furnish all of the materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor

and other services necessary to complete the work described herein.

Time of CONTRACT shall be from the date of execution of the CONTRACT

through December 31, of the year in which the CONTRACT was executed unless
revised by written CHANGE ORDER.
CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all oftlre work required in the CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS and comply with the terms therein for the sum of $
shown in the Unit Price Schedule as full and complete compensation for the work
performed unless modified by the issuance of Change Order(s) issued by DISTRICT
and accepted by CONTRACTOR. DISTRICT, in turn, agrees to pay
CONTRACTOR in accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
