Issue Date: MAR 2 9 2004

Effective Date: JUL1 6 2004

Case No.: 04-08-0108P

LOMR-APP

Federal Emergency Management Agency
Washington, D.C. 20472

LETTER OF MAP REVISION
DETERMINATION DOCUMENT (CONTINUED)

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF REVISION

This LOMR is being issued concurrently with a LOMR along Big Dry Creek (Case No. 03-08-0677P) from approximately 2,400 feet
upstream of East 160th Avenue to approximately 3,400 feet upstream of the realigned East 152nd Avenue. Because the modifications
along Big Dry Creek have cause increases in the I-percent annual chance flood (base flood) elevations, publication of the revised BFEs in
the local newspaper is required. The LOMR for Big Dry Creek will not become effective until 90-days after the second newspaper
publication date. In order to be issued concurrently, the modifications made by this LOMR for Mustang Run, Sack Creek South, Sack
Creek South - North Alignment, Sack Creek South - South Alignment, and Short Run will also not become effective until 90-days after
the second newspaper publication date.

This determination is based on the flood data presently available.
