The discharges used for profile computations were <br />computed by the file UPPERQ.DAT for the 10-, 50-, and 100-year events. <br />The UPPERQ.DAT file uses the split flow routine <br />to calculate discharges lost to various <br />split flows. Two sets of discharges are given for some reaches. The OT <br />cards labeled "DISCHARGES FOR PROFILE COMPUTATIONS" were determined by <br />the split flow routines in UPPERQ. DAT. These discharges <br />are used in the computations, and are on active OT.
