Eric Hecox asked the Roundtable members to begin thinking about how they wanted to
approach the question of the basin-wide water needs assessment and the public outreach
component. Eric asked the Roundtable members to consider whether a facilitator for
consensus-building would be useful. He further asked the Roundtable members to
consider whether presentations on water needs assessment from someone such as Rick
Brown of the State Engineer's office would be useful.

Eric Hecox said there was some limited money now budgeted. He asked the group to
consider whether it wanted to make any requests that may involve the need for future
budgeted funds.

The frequency of meetings was discussed. It was agreed that bi-monthly meetings would
be appropriate in the beginning.

It was agreed that the next meeting would be held January 18, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in
Steamboat Springs. This will be a 2-hour meeting. The primary purpose of the meeting
will be to discuss the Bylaws. The Bylaws will be distributed in advance of the meeting
for review, hopefully before the end of the year.

The meeting was adjourned.

III
