<br />Projects bill needs support of roundtable; 1.5 million in projects bill as <br />grant to study alternatives to dry up bill; intent is to put % million in South <br />Platte and ask to get pilot project going. <br />Satellite monitoring: revolving fund every year; state engineer's office can <br />continue to maintain this system; precipitation enhancement programs: <br />cloud seeding, etc. Look at projects bill on CWCB or legislative website <br />and note that there are projects there that would be advantageous to all <br />here. <br />CWCB and IBCC processes need to figure out how to communicate and <br />cooperate; power contest seems evident; needs to be delineation of <br />authority between 2 bodies.
