enhance cooperation among these entities for water supply development and to
work cooperatively with other entities, such as the Roundtable process.

Sue Morey with COM gave a presentation on "Water Supply and Needs Report
Refinement".

There was a general discussion of state-wide water usage standards for
residential and park water requirements. The Metro Roundtable agreed to seek
a discussion within the IBCC concerning the development of such standards.
The South Platte Basin Roundtable did not have a quorum, so it took no action
concerning this matter.

Bill Jerke described six requests for Technical Assistance that were approved by
the South Platte Basin Roundtable under SB-179 at a prior meeting.

There was a general discussion of completing the "needs assessment" and
future collaboration between the Metro and South Platte roundtables.

The next meeting for the South Platte Basin Roundtable will be on November 14
at the Southwest Weld County Service Center. The next meeting for the Metro
Roundtable is tentatively set for November 8, location to be determined.

Prepared by: Gary Thompson
November 3, 2006

Page 2 of2
