Meeting Minutes

Over a dozen members met at the Anheuser-Busch Tour Center at 3:30 for a tour of the
facility.

Bill Jerke calls meeting to order at 5:30 pm
Paul Czarnecki, Industrial Rep on the Roundtable, and from whom the invitation to tour
and meet at the Anheuser-Busch Center, had to be in St. Paul and was unable to attend;
one of Paul's colleagues provided brief orientation but he did not have the answer to all
of our water questions!

of the South Platte River.

The publication titled Recharqe as Auqmentation in the South Platte River Basin has two
publishings, one in November 1986 and then an update in March 1994. The earlier version is

The later version was available through the Groundwater Program, Civil Engineering Dept. at
CSU for $20 at phone number 970-491-4690. Jon has an email into them to see if this most

A. IBCC Representative Report
Eric Wilkinson: Charter passed on March 28, 2006; HB 1400 submitted to
legislature; Passed House on May 1 64 to 1; Senate will consider soon and
hopefully approved before adjournment.
Next meeting: Glenwood Springs on May 22 for "Post Charter Process"

B. Legislative update:

1124: Rotational Crop Management: passed Senate with amendments; not
yet taken up by House; appears it will pass
