<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />6y./",hJf /IJ <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br />South Platte Diversion Str.ucture Inventory <br />District 2 <br /> <br />Evaluate hydraulic and structural condition of raw water diversion structures along the <br />main stem of the South Platte River in District 2. 22 diversion structures are assumed <br />for estimating man-hours and fee estimate. <br /> <br />1) Research and planning <br />a) Review data provided by CWCS. <br />b) Prepare map depicting structure -locations. The map will be prepared using the <br />structure's GPS location as provided by the CWCS. The map will be used to <br />plan an efficient route to each of the structure. <br />2) Field inventory - visit each project site to make measurements, note structure <br />condition and take pictures. Tasks will include: <br />a) Field observation ' <br />b) Measure and sketch <br />c) Digital photographs . <br />d) Notes regarding condition of the structure and needed repairs <br />3) Report - prepare a report summarizing procedure and work effort. Prepare <br />conceptual repair plan and opinion of probable cost for each structure. The repair <br />plan may be in narrative and/or graphic form. The report will include: <br />a) Narrative describing inventory process <br />b) Location map , <br />c) Cost data documentation <br />d) Structure field sketches <br />e) Ownership (if provided by CWCS) <br />f) Decreed water rights (if provided by CWCS) <br />. g) Photo log <br />h) Condition report <br />i) Conceptual repair plan (narrative and/or graphic) <br />j) Conceptual level opinion of probable cost to repair or replace <br />4) Sample GIS for one structure - sample GIS layers and database will be prepare.d for <br />one structure to demonstrate GIS capabilities and uses. <br />5) Project coordination & meetings <br />a) Kick-off meeting <br />b) Progress meeting <br />c) Final review meeting <br />d) Project coordination <br /> <br />To prepare the project scope and fee estimate, we have assumed that the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Soard will provide: <br />1. Structure location and access map <br />2. Permission across private property to access the structures <br />3. Local contact name and telephone number <br />4.
