..,-
/ "

Johnson, Bruce

From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:

David Marsh [dmarsh@smithgeotech.com]
Monday, October 13, 2003 9:28 AM
Johnson, Bruce
RE: New Cache La Poudre - Loan Request

Hi Bruce,

I just sent John a copy of the completed feasibility study. We can revise
things if necessary.

In answer to your questions:

1. The original application was filed with preliminary cost estimate
numbers. Do you need a revised application from NCLPIC?

2. Greeley owns 4 shares but all shares are used for agricultural use. I
think Duane discussed the 2.5% rate with John already.

'flzs 0"

3. Currently have about 250 shareholders. It changes month to month.

4. Copies of the short-term loans are in the appendix of the feasibility
study I sent - let me know if you don't receive it. I don't have a copy of
the existing CWCB loan but imagine you have access to that.

5. Future assessments - NCLPIC raised their assessments in anticipation of
this project and to finance the purchase of the property. Prior to that,
assessments were approximately $70. So, I used the $70 as the starting point
rather than $110 since part of the $110 is already going toward the project.
So, $411,000/2500 + $70 = $234

Dave Marsh
Smith Geotechnical
(970) 490-2620

03 - 1>\\0
01...

1
