The District operates the Rio Grande Reservoir and 162 miles of ditches to provide irrigation <br />water to its shareholders. The District wants to study enlargement of the Rio Grande Reservoir to <br />provide added storage. James Passage, P.E. of Passage Consulting will complete the feasibility study. <br />If the project is found to be feasible, proposed funding would consist of a Construction Fund Loan and <br />a $5,000 Feasibility Study Grant from the CWCS, and the remainder from the District. <br /> <br /> <br />Location Map <br />
