As security for the loan the Gill LLC will also pledge their <br />6 Private Rights of Riverside Reservoir. <br /> <br />Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />The Gill LLC needs authorization to borrow $114,750 from the CWCB <br />Construction Fund. The loan, if approved, from the CWCB will be <br />contingent upon the successful negotiation of a contract between <br />the CWCB and the Gill LLC.
