Main Ditch. The main ditch shall commence at Headgate 1160 of <br />the Grand Valley Irrigation Company Canal; Then South to the access road of 1- <br />70 by-pass; then westerly to the southeast corner of the Memorial Gardens <br />Cemetery; South under North Avenue; continuing south under 1-70 By-pass (highway <br />6 & 24), the D & RGW railroad to the South edge of the D & RGW railroad right- <br />of-way; Then South along the west line of the East half of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, ute Meridian to D 1/2 Road.
