Russ George hoped to complete it in time to <br />submit during this legislative sess ion, in order to be timely and to seek approval, as well <br />as to seek funding for future RT operation. <br /> <br />Creating the Charter was both an “ambitio u s and arduous” process . Through process, <br />many understandings were achieved by 27 participants. The group was l a rgely on <br />same page as to the understanding that HB1177 created the Roundtables , but that t he <br />participation and discussions bet ween are a voluntary process.
