Can they vote? Are proxies allowed? Can someone other than an <br />a lternate be a proxy? ETC. Thinks it’s silly and RT’s should be able to decide for <br />themselves. <br />General discussion - seems that proxies alright as long as person is from the Basin <br />RT and not from elsewhere. We have appointed an alternate and are comfortable <br />with that. Others are not a comfortable. Need to have CDOW at this for many <br />reasons — Russell Lakes effects and possible well regs – TNC - Mishak Lakes — many <br />people and entities could be affected and a huge win - win if we can pull it off.
