The County's request for additional funds made in your letter of February 24, <br />1999, was considered as a possible candidate to receive the funds. The amount of funds <br />could be any amount up to $15,000. <br /> <br />For CWCB to be in a position to disburse funds to the County in the event the funds are <br />available, it is necessary to amend our original contract. Attached are four copies of the <br />amendment to be executed by the chair, attested by the deputy county clerk, and the county <br />seal affixed. Please return all four copies along with a request for funds totaling at least <br />$15,000. If you have any questions regarding the request for funds, please contact John <br />Van Sciver. <br /> <br />At any time prior to June 30, 1999 that it is determined there are additional funds available, <br />we will process a pay request and issue funds to the County in an amount up to $15,000. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
