Motion carried. <br /> <br />After discussion in the matter of investing the District funds in an approved and <br />secure account. Mr. Rusch moved, seconded by Mr. Staley, that the Secretary make an <br />'application to COlorado Local Government Liquid Asset Trust, akaf'COLOTRUST" (Copy of <br />resolution and applicate attached and become a part of these minutes. Also to open an <br />account for checJ<: writing at the Farmers State Bank in Fort Morgan, Colorado for paying <br />District bills. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mike Berryhill, president of The Bijou Beach and SId Club was present and requested the <br />rene\Yal of their boating lease for the year of 1990. After discussion, Mr. Rusch moved <br />that this lease be approved.
