<br />Colorado Water for the 21st Century <br />Metro Roundtable - Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />March 8, 2006 <br />Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library <br />Broomfield, Colorado <br />4:00 - 5:50 PM <br /> <br />Chairman Doug Scott chaired the meeting. <br /> <br />There was a general discussion led by Frank McNulty concerning potential <br />legislation that may be of interest to the Interbasin Compact Committee and the <br />basin roundtables. <br /> <br />There was a general report by the IBC Representatives concerning the progress <br />that was made toward completion of a proposed charter for consideration by the <br />legislature. Reference is made to minutes of the IBCC for more detailed <br />information concerning this effort. <br /> <br />Rick Brown of the Colorado Water Conservation Board provided a review of the <br />State Water Supply Initiative Project (SWSI), including the SWSI process and <br />preliminary conclusions. He provided detailed information concerning the <br />information contained in the Phase 1 report. This information is also available <br />online at the CWCB website.
