Greg Clifton seconded and the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Approve October 2.. 2006 Minutes <br />Pete Kasper made a motion to accept the minutes, and Hugh Sanburg seconded. <br /> <br />Bill Trampe recommended an amendment to the October 2,2006 minutes. The 4th page, 4th <br />paragraph statement should specify that it is only for the environmental representative. Mike Berry <br />will make the correction. <br /> <br />The roundtable members agreed to the amendment, and the motion to accept the minutes as amended <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Report from the IBCC Representatives <br />IBCC representatives Bill Trampe and Marc Catlin reported on the IBCC meeting that was held in <br />Steamboat Springs. The afternoon session of the meeting was set aside to discuss the Criteria <br />Guidelines and the distribution of Section 179 funds. The IBCC discussed Kathleen Curry's memo <br />requesting that more money be set aside for the individual basin accounts. Significant effort was <br />made to address her concerns, and it was felt that there was some good progress made. <br /> <br />The IBCC attempted to change the decision-making procedures of the group, but there were not <br />enough people present to make the change. <br /> <br />2 <br />
