Ralph Grover made a motion to accept the Agenda with the additional <br />item. Dixie Luke seconded and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Approve November 6.. 2006 Minutes <br />A change to the minutes was requested to add Hugh Sanburg who was also a member of the Project <br />Selection Committee. <br /> <br />Pete Kasper made a motion to accept the minutes with the change, and Randy See seconded, and the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Report from the IBCC Representatives <br />The November IBCC meeting was in Durango. Marc Catlin and Bill Trampe commented on <br />complexity of the problems in the southwest region. It is unique area in that nine different rivers run <br />out of the basin. The basin's issues include Indian rights issues, native species issues, and Federal <br />proj ects. <br /> <br />2 <br />
