John Mclow nominated <br />Bill Trampe, Hugh Sanburg nominated Olen Lund, and Mike Berry nominated Marc Catlin. <br />Instructions were to vote for two on the first ballot with Dwain King and Wayne Cooley as the vote <br />counters. Vote tallies first round of votes: Bill Trampe-26 Marc Catlin-18 Olen Lund-9. <br /> <br />David Baumgarten nominated Bill Trampe for the second round of votes. Bill Brougham nominated <br />Marc Catlin. Instructions were to vote yes or no. Vote tallies second round of votes: Bill Trampe- <br />27- Yes Selected as an IBCC Representative by consensus. Marc Catlin-21- Y es 5-No. <br /> <br />Greg Clifton made a motion to appoint Marc Catlin as the Roundtable's other IBCC Representative. <br />Dixie Luke seconded. Vote 24-Yes 3-No. Motion carried by majority. Marc Catlin was selected as <br />an IBCC Representative. <br /> <br />Hugh Sanburg made a motion and Ron Shaver seconded to support selecting Glen Lund as the <br />Governor appointee to the IBCC. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Public Notices <br />Pete Kasper made a motion to have the Delta County Courthouse as the Official Public Notice site. <br />Bud Burgess seconded. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Next Meetine <br />The next meeting will be held Wednesday, January 4 starting at 3:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. at <br />Montrose, Colorado. <br /> <br />Election Permanent Chair and Vice-Chair <br />Pete Kasper made a motion for Michelle Pierce to be the Chair. Hugh Sanburg seconded. Ralph <br />Grover motioned for vote by acclimation. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />John McClow made a motion for Hugh Sanburg to be the Vice-Chair. Pete Kasper seconded. Ray <br />Werner motioned for vote by acclimation. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A motion to table the Recorder decision was made by Pete Kasper. Ken Spann seconded. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Adiourn <br />There being no further business to come before the Roundtable, Pete Kasper made the motion to <br />adjourn the meeting.
