13. That the Board of Directors of the Upper Arkansas Water
Conservancy District has filed its verified consent to.inclusion of the
above referenced territory within the boundaries of the Upper Arkansas
Water Conservancy District without special terms and conditions, and such
territory is included within the District to the same extent and as fully
as if said area had been included in the original petition for organization
of the District.

14. That the territory to be included within the Upper ~kansas
Water Conservancy District shall constitute a separate division within the
Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District and shall be entitled to two (2)
directors at large within such division, to serve as directors on the Board
of Directors of the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District.

15. That said territory above described should be a division of
a Water Conservancy District. under the "Water Conservancy Act" of Colorado
and included within the boundaries of the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy
District.

DECREED:

WHEREFORE, IT IS BY THE COURT, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, DECLARED AND

That the territory as above described be and the same hereby is
included as a subdivision within the boundaries of the Upper Arkansas
Water Conservancy District and is constituted and created a Water Conservancy
District under the "Water Conservancy Act" of Colorado, under the corporate
name of "Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District," with its office or
principal place of business at Salida, in Chaffee County, Colorado.

That the Board of Directors of said Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy
District shall be increased from seven (7) directors and shall consist of
nine (9) directors, and the territory within said District is hereby sub-
divided into Divisions, with.. the number of Directors for each subdivision
as follows:

lying in School District R-E-3i
two Directors

DIVISION NO.2: All territory within the District
lying in, School District R-32-J;
two Directors
