<br />Appendix: Summary of Prior Meetings <br /> <br />December 12, 2005 <br /> <br />The Bylaws of the Colorado River Basin Roundtable (CBRT) were approved. <br /> <br />Elect IBCC Round Table representatives Stan Cazier and Carlyle Currier. <br /> <br />January 23,2006 <br /> <br />1. Lyn Kathlene presented results from a survey of stakeholders on water issues in Colorado. <br /> <br />2. Eric Kuhn discussed Colorado Big Thompson project, the Blue River decree, and other water <br />projects. <br /> <br />3. Louis Meyer made a motion that was seconded and approved that the CBR T break into <br />subgroups at future meetings. <br /> <br />February 27,2006 <br /> <br />1. Small groups determined issues to address in future meetings. <br /> <br />2. Lane Wyatt presented the Upper Colorado Study. <br /> <br />3. Richard Proctor discussed the Grand Valley Water User's Association. <br /> <br />4. A motion was made by Mark Fuller, and seconded by Louis Meyer, and unanimously passed that <br />all future projects that affect the Colorado River Basin, including those that have already <br />initiated the permitting and DEIS process such as the Moffatt Tunnel and Windy Gap, be open <br />for review and discussion by the Roundtable. <br /> <br />March 27,2006 <br /> <br />1. Discussion of short term and long term goals of the CBR T. <br /> <br />April 24, 2006 <br /> <br />1. Karla Brown, outgoing Executive Director of the Colorado Foundation for Water Education, <br />made a presentation regarding the Director's Notebook. <br /> <br />2. Subgroups presented goals. The four subgroups were: <br /> <br />Consumptive use <br />Non-consumptive use <br />Water availability <br />Education <br /> <br />3.
