Lynn Kathleen, PhD., conducted a network analysis survey funded by the IBCC Outreach and <br />Education Subcommittee to determine spheres of influence among water stakeholders. <br /> <br />2. Rick Brown, CWCB, led a discussion of the grants requested by Grand County and the Roaring <br />Fork Watershed Group, and whether the results of the studies funded by these grants could <br />interfere with existing water rights. <br /> <br />3. John Sikora discussed the energy subcommittee's progress in determining energy development's <br />water needs, and attempts to discover water rights owned by energy companies on the Colorado <br />and White rivers. <br /> <br />May 2 L 2007 <br /> <br />1. The Basalt Water Conservancy District requested $25,000 from the Basin Reserve Account to <br />construct wells and monitor groundwater activity in Missouri Heights, near Carbondale. <br /> <br />2. The Bull Creek Reservoir Canal and Power Company requested $120,000 from the Statewide <br />Reserve Account to enhance and repair Bull Creek Reservoir No.4, and $50,000 from the Basin <br />Reserve Account for engineering studies to improve the spillway on Bull Creek Reservoir No.5 <br /> <br />3.
