<br />Senate Bill 179: Passed in 2006 by the Colorado legislature, this allocates $10 million per year for <br />four years to be allocated among the 9 roundtables to pay for water projects or studies (aka the <br />Water Supply Reserve Account). <br /> <br />Shoshone Call. Xcel energy has a call on the Colorado River with a priority dating to 1907 <br />permitting it to run 1,250 cfs through the Shoshone power plant turbines.
