<br />Interbasin Compact Committee <br />Basin Roundtables <br /> <br />Colorado Basin Roundtable <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />November 14, 2005 <br />Glenwood Springs Community Center <br />Glenwood Springs, Colorado <br />2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Welcome: The group was welcomed to Glenwood Springs. We appreciated the many <br />folks that did come, in spite of the weather. A round of self-introductions was conducted. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda The agenda as posted was approved <br /> <br />Review Membership List There were a few corrections noted on the membership list. <br /> <br />Call for Bios Dave Merritt noted that we were going to try to secure short Bio's on each <br />individual on the roundtable, so that they could be posted on the Web Site. <br /> <br />Non-Voting Members - Discussion and Selection <br /> <br />The following individuals had indicated an interest in being non-voting members <br />of the Colorado Basin Roundtable: <br /> <br />Mark Pifller <br />Wayne Vanderschuere <br /> <br />City of Aurora <br />City of Colorado Springs and Fountain Valley <br />Authority <br />Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />Denver Water <br />Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District <br /> <br />Don Carlson <br />James Broderick <br />Bill Bates <br />Ken Walker <br /> <br />After review and discussion of the qualifications and degree of interest, a motion <br />was made by Karl Hanlon and seconded by Stan Cazier, all of the individuals expressing <br />interested were confirmed as Non-Voting members of the Roundtable. <br /> <br />By-Laws - Discussion and Adoption The Bylaws Committee (Stan Cazier, Ed <br />Olszewski and Greg Trainor) presented the proposed Draft Bylaws for discussion, after it <br />was decided to limit discussion to 30 minutes initially, so that the entirety of the agenda <br />could be completed by 4pm. <br />
