<br />7.4 Decision Making. Working groups shall use the decision making processes outlined in Article of VI of <br />these Bylaws. <br /> <br /> <br />7.5 Open Meetings Law. A Working Group of the IBCC shall be deemed to be a local public body for <br />purposes of the Open Meetings Law, Part 4 of Article 6 of Title 24, C.R.S . <br /> <br /> <br />7.6 Standing Working Groups. Standi ng working groups shall include the Public Education, Participation, <br />and Outreach Working G roup. <br /> <br />7.6.1 The Public Education, Participation, and Outreach Working Group . The Public Education, <br />Participation, and Outreach Working Group shall create a process to inform, involve, and educate the <br />public on the IBCC’s activities and progress of the int erbasin compact negotiations, and create a <br />mechanism by which public input and feedback can be relayed to the interbasin compact committee and <br />compact negotiators. <br /> <br /> <br />Article VI I I <br />Amendments to the Bylaws <br /> <br /> <br />8.1 Proposals for revision of and amendments to the Byl aws can be raised by any member at any time. <br />Decisions regarding proposals will be made following the procedure outlined in Article 6, Sections 6.3 to <br />6.6 of these Bylaws. <br /> <br /> <br />Article IX <br />Ratification of the Bylaws <br /> <br /> <br />9.1 These Bylaws shall become valid and bindin g fourteen days after ratification by an agreement of the <br />Members. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />These Bylaws were ratified by general agreement of the Members of the Colorado Interbasin Compact <br />Committee on _____________________________. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairperson ______________________________ _____ <br />IBCC adopted bylaws June 30.doc Page 7 of 7 <br />
