The proposed scope of worl( will be centered around collecting and analyzing additional engineering
information regarding the proposed reservoirs. A matrix analysis will be used as a comparison tool to ranl(
each site. This ranl(ing system will allow the County to develop a planned approach in the development of
the reservoirs based on geographic need within the County, environmental issues, water administration
issues, construction costs, and geologic hazards.

Funding in the amount of $52,000 is requested to develop more detailed data for each site. Much of the
effort will include data searches for existing studies such as USGS information that could provide better
information on issues that will need to be addressed. Additional field visits to identify technical constraints
will also be performed. Clear Creel( County was one of the early centers for mining in Colorado so there is a
