<br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Aging infrastructure is a l(ey challenge for many areas of the State and Nation. This initial inventory will <br />provide a general overview of the state of the infrastructure in the study area and should provide a good <br />frameworl( for identifying critical operation and maintenance needs. <br /> <br />Issues/Additional Needs: <br />. Please provide a rate sheet that includes rates, level of effort (hours) and other direct costs for the <br />project (this should be provided by tasl(). <br />. Need identification ofl(ey personnel and their qualifications. <br />. Need description of the grant review process of the Gunnison Basin Roundtable. <br />. The water rights tabulation that is referenced was not included. <br />. Please provide a list of potential laboratory analyses that will be performed as part of tasl( 4. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of up to $60,000 to complete the Safety and Serviceability Needs Inventory for <br />Reservoirs in the Leroux Creel( Drainage Basin. Approval is contingent on successful resolution of the <br />above issues/additional needs. <br /> <br />All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard <br />copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. This information will in turn be made <br />widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help promote the development of a <br />common technical platform. <br /> <br />4 <br />
