Accordingly, in order that we may free up funding for other projects, I am <br />requesting that Larimer County send us a letter requesting that the project loan be de-authorized. <br />Annual loan de-authorizations are being considered at our November 19-21,2003 Board meeting in <br />Denver. <br /> <br />Ifpossible, I would appreciate receiving a letter before Friday, November i\ when our Board <br />materials are finalized. Please send the letter to the attention of Mike Serlet, P.E., Chief, CWCB <br />Water Supply Planning and Finance Section, 1580 Logan Street, Suite 750, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. Thanks a lot.
