The spreadsheet has been updated and is attached to this <br />memo. <br /> <br />The number of new accounts was based on projecting the size of new lots that would be <br />associated with undeveloped property in the floodplain and the projection of urbanization <br />of this undeveloped land over the course of the loan repayment. This area is expected to see <br />much faster growth than projected in the spreadsheet but to be conservative a slower growth <br />rate was used. This quadrant of the city urban growth area is currently experiencing the <br />latest growth surge or rapid development. <br /> <br />Q26: Tim Feehan's comments of September 6th should be reviewed again to be sure they are <br />completely addressed.
