The <br />items listed below correspond to your November 28, 2001 letter, which included a list of <br />information you requested to complete the EA. A copy of your Noyember 28, 2001 letter <br />has also been included for your reference. <br /> <br />1. The footprint of the project has been fmalized and all items that will be impacted <br />by the project have been identified and included on the conceptual layout <br />drawing. Items that have been deleted since the previous conceptual design have <br />been shown on the hard copy of the conceptual design drawing using hand written <br />notes. An electronic copy of the conceptual design drawing is included on the CD <br />with the enclosed package. The deleted items are not shown on the electronic <br />drawing. <br /> <br />2. A copy of the Cultural Resources Survey Report and the transmittal letter used to <br />send the report to SHPO has been included for your use. We have not received a <br />concurrence letter from SHPO at this time. We will forward any information we <br />receive from SHPO to you upon receipt. <br /> <br />3. The channel grading is mostly complete except for some minor adjustments and <br />to include any irrigation ditch modifications. These are minor items and will not <br />affect the earthwork quantity significantly. A current estimate of excess <br />excavated material is 450,000 cubic yards. Some of this material will be used to <br />raise a portion of State Highway 6 as a part of the HWY 6 bridge construction. <br />The City has plans for approximately 75% to 100% of the material to be used on <br />City property near the project. The Colorado Department of Transportation <br />(CDOT) has made a request to use a portion of the material to be used on local <br />State projects. All disposed material will be placed and protected according to the <br />
