The recent drought has caused a shortage of water, and the City wants to <br />develop a pressurized raw water system to irrigate Willow Creek Park as an alternative to <br />constructing additional water treatment facilities. The new raw water system may be expanded for <br />residential users within the City's service area. The average annual volume of water delivered is <br />1,000 acre-feet. The City of Lamar is a Colorado municipality. Stephen Smith P.E., Aqua Engineering <br />Inc., will complete the feasibility study.
