1. The following members shall serve an initial term of five (5) years: <br /> <br />Member appointed by the governing body of each county. <br /> <br />Municipal member appointed by the governing bodies of all <br />municipalities. <br /> <br />Members appointed by the board of directors of each water conservancy <br />and water conservation district (2 in the North Platte area) <br /> <br />Member appointed by mutual agreement of the chairperson of the House <br />Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Resource Committee and the <br />Chairperson of the Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Energy <br />Committee. <br /> <br />2. T he following members shall serve an initial term of four (4) years: <br /> <br />Member representing environmental interests. <br /> <br />Member representing agricultural interests. <br /> <br />Member representing recreation interests. <br /> <br />Member representing local domestic water provider interes t. <br /> <br />Member representing industrial interests. <br /> <br />3. The following members shall serve an initial term of three (3) years. <br /> <br />Five (5) members owning adjudicated water rights. <br /> <br />4. The following members shall serve an initial term of two (2) years. <br /> <br />Three (3) non - voting members selected by the Roundtable members. <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 4. Voting . For purposes of voting on Roundtable business, each Member <br />as set forth in Section 37 - 75 - 104 (4) (a) (I) through (V) , C.R.S. shall have one vote. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Annual Meeting . A n Annual Meeting of the Members in Section 1 <br />shall be held no later than April 1 of each year at a date, time and place determined by the <br />Roundtable Members. Each Member and the public shall be notified in advance as set <br />forth in Article VII. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Non - Represented Interests . Government agencies, individuals, local <br />governments, and other organizations not directly represented by a Member of the <br />Roundtable are encouraged to participate in the Roundtable’s meetings; however, non - <br />represented interests will not act as voting Members of the Roundtable. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Substitutes and Proxies . Roundtable members shall not send a <br />substitute or proxy on their behalf to a Roundtable meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br />ROUNDTABLE LEADERSHIP <br /> <br /> <br />
