Interbasin Compact Committee (IBCC) <br />3.5 – A twenty - seven - member (27) <br />committee, created pursuant to House Bill 05 - 1177, for the purpose of facilitating the <br />process of interbasin compact negotiations. <br /> <br /> Local Public Body <br />3.6 – This means any board, committee, commission, authority, or <br />other advisory, policy - making, rule - making, or formally constituted body of any <br />political subdivision of the state and any public or private entity to which a political <br />subdivision, or an official ther eof, has delegated a governmental decision - making <br />function but does not include persons on the administrative staff of the local public <br />body. <br /> <br /> Members <br />3.7 – Individuals who have been appointed or selected to serve on the Metro <br />Roundtable through the process sp ecified in House Bill 05 - 1177. <br /> <br /> Other Appropriate Sources <br />3.8 – In addition to the data and information from the <br />Statewide Water Supply Initiative (SWSI) and any data from appropriate sources as <br />identified in the future. <br /> <br /> Person <br />3.9 – An individual, corporation, p artnership, incorporated association, and the <br />like and shall have no gender and the singular shall include the plural. <br /> <br />Recorder <br />3.10 – The recorder of the Metro Roundtable. <br /> <br />Representative <br />3.11 – Individuals who have been appointed by the Metro Roundtable to <br />repres ent the Metro Roundtable area on the IBCC. <br /> <br />Roundtable <br />3.12 – The Metro Roundtable created through the process specified in House <br />Bill 05 - 1177. <br /> <br />Stakeholder <br />3.13 – Any person or entity in the Metro Roundtable area that is interested in <br />or impacted by the decisions of the Metro Roundtable. <br /> <br />Vice - Chairperson <br />3.14 – The officer next in rank to the Chairman of the Metro <br />Roundtable. <br /> <br />Water Division <br />3.15 – Water division has the same meaning as set forth in Section 37 - <br />92 - 201, C.R.S. <br /> <br />Water Management District <br />3.16 – Means those distric ts established by the Division of <br />Water Resources and depicted on maps published by the Division. <br /> <br /> 3 <br />
