Discussion:

Aging infrastructure is a key challenge for many areas of the State and Nation. This initial inventory will
provide a general overview of the state of the infrastructurb in the study area and should provide a good
framework for identifying critical operation and maintenarlce needs.

Issues/Additional Needs:

. Please provide a rate sheet that includes rates, level of effort (hours) and other direct costs for the
project (this should be provided by task). I

. Need identification of key personnel and their qualifications.

. Need description of the grant review process of thel Gunnison Basin Roundtable.

. The water rights tabulation that is referenced was nbt included.

. Please provide a list of potential laboratory analyse~ that will be performed as part of task 4.

Staff recommends approval of up to $60,000 to complete tlIe Safety and Serviceability Needs Inventory for
Reservoirs in the Leroux Creek Drainage Basin. Approval! is contingent on successful resolution of the
above issues/additional needs. I

All products, data and information developed as a result ofithis grant must be provided to CWCB in hard
copy and electronic format as part ofthe project documentktion. This information will in turn be made

widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help promote the development of a
common technical platform. I .
