<br />The Town of West cliffe fully supports Round M6untain Water and Sanitation District's
<br />CWCB Basin Account Grant request for improvciments to the District's water system.
<br />I
<br />
<br />Phase One of the Water System Improvements Ptoject will increase the fire flows to the
<br />i
<br />Town of West cliffe as a whole, and will substantially improve fire fighting capacity in
<br />our downtown business district, as well as for out school and citizens. This project will
<br />also add pumping capacity to mitigate swnmer .Jater shortages.

<br />This project is also very important for the economic growth for both the Town of
<br />Westcliffe and Silver Cliff. The improvements ~ill provide sustainable businesses,
<br />which will in turn provide employment opportunjties for the citizens of both towns is of
<br />the utmost importance in the continued prosperity of the area.
<br />
<br />On behalf of the Town of West cliffe we hope Jt CWCB will look favorably upon this
<br />project and awarding the grant to Round Mountain Water and Sanitation District.
