Governments (PPACG), in cooperation
with the Rueblo Area Council of
Governments (PACOG), developed the
Fountain I'creek Watershed Plan in 2003.

groups inrolved in planning activities in the
Fountain Icreek Watershed:

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)--
See BeloW. The TAC provides a broad
range of technical expertise and wealth of
experiende in the watershed to planning
efforts. T~e TAC is composed of technical
representatives from local, State and
Federal agencies and soil conservation
districts. I

to all gen~ral purpose local governments in
the Pikesi Peak Region. PPACG provides a
