FEASffiILITY STUDY. <br /> <br />10 (a) AUTHORIZED.-Pursuant to Federal reclamation <br /> <br />11 law (the Act of June 7, 1902, and all Acts amendatory <br /> <br />12 thcreof or supplemcntary thereto), the Secretary, through <br /> <br />13 the Bureau of Reclamation, is authorized to conduct a fea- <br /> <br />14 sibility study to determine the most feasible method of <br /> <br />15 meeting the present and future water supply and related <br /> <br />16 storage requirements within the area served by the <br /> <br />17 }1"'1ryingpan-Arkansas Project, including the potential en- <br /> <br />18 largement of }1"'1ryingpan-Arkansas facilities.
