Staff s recommendation to pass a reso~ution in support of federal authorization
legislation for the Platte River Recovery Program, and to pass a resolution in
support of Colorado legislation, House Bill 06-1182, which recapitalizes the Species
Conservation Trust Fund, and appropriates and authorizes sufficient state funds for
the Three State Recovery Program. The motion was approved unanimously (7-0)
