Sherman Executive Director Rod Kuharich CWCB Director . A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was Dan McAuliffe, convened at the Holy Cross Abbey Events Center, 2951 E. Highway 50, Canon City, Deputy Director Colorado 81212. The meeting was called to order by Chair John Redifer. Seven voting members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). Voting Board members present were Chair John Redifer, Vice Chair Travis Smith, Keith Catlin, Don Schwindt, Harold Miskel, Carl Trick, and Eric Wilkinson. Ex Officio members present or represented were CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, State Engineer Hal Simpson, Jim Miller, representing John Stulp, Colorado Agriculture Commissioner, and Deputy Attorney General Casey Shpall. Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items does not always follow the sequence indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference. 1. Review and Approval of Agenda Tape 1, Track I 00:00:00 - 00:01:00 Action: A motion was made by Carl Trick, and seconded by Keith Catlin to approve the: March 12-13,2007 agenda, The motion was approved unanimously (7-0). la.
