. The moneys specified in this subsection (1) shall be available in fiscal
2 year 2007 -08 and shall remain available for the designated purposes until
3 they are fully expended:
4 (a) The executive director of the department of natural resources
5 is authorized to obligate and expend one million five hundred thousand
6 dollars ($1,500,000) from the capital account ofthe species conservation
7 trust fund for the following activities, programs, and species in the
8 following amounts:
9 PROGRAM / SPECIES AMOUNT
10 Three State Species Recovery Agreement
11 on the South Platte river $ 1,500,000
12 Total capital account appropriation: $ 1,500,000
13 (b) The executive director of the department of natural resources
. 14 is authorized to obligate and expend one million nine hundred eighty-five
15 thousand dollars ($1,985,000) from the operation and maintenance
16 account of the species conservation trust fund for the following activities,
17 programs, and species in the following amounts:
18 PROGRAM / SPECIES AMOUNT
19 (I) Sagebrush-associated species; shortgrass
20 prairie-dependent species; and South Platte
21 and Arkansas river aquatic species $ 400,000
22 (II) San Luis Valley Regional Habitat
23 Conservation Plan for the Southwestern
24 Willow Flycatcher $ 85,000
25 (III) Three State Species Recovery Agreement
26 on the South Platte river $ 1,500,000
