Action: A motion was made by Harold Miskel and seconded by Carl Trick to support and
authorize the CWCB Director's decision to enter into an agreement among the Six
Agency Committee (California), the Central Arizona Water Conservation district,
the Southern Nevada Water Authority, and the Colorado Water Conservation Board
to provide funds for weather modification programs in the State of Colorado. The
motion was approved unanimously (7-0).

Action: After presentation of a formal request from Attorney General Suthers, dated March
2,2007, a motion was made by Harold Miske1 and seconded by John Redifer to
approve expenditures of $90,000 out of the Litigation Fund for the completion of a
second lysimeter at the Rocky Ford Experiment Station. The motion was approved
unanimously (7-0).

Action:

A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Carl Trick to go into
Executive Session to discuss agenda items 10d - Glenwood Springs; 11 a - City of
Durango RICD Application, Case No. 7-06CW09; llc - Black Canyon ofthe
Gunnison National Park Reserved Rights Case and related state water court case,
No. W-437, Water Division 4 and Case No. 4-01CW05; and lie - Upper Gunnison
Water Conservancy District, Case No. 4-06CWI16. The motion was approved
unanimously (7-0).
