MEMORANDUM

To: Dori Vigil
From: Bill Green ~

Date: October 20, 1999

Re: Purchase Order for Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District

I would like to request a purchase order in the amount of $5,000.00 for the Pagosa Area Water
and Sanitation District ofPagosa Springs. The purchase order is for a Small Dam Site grant for a
feasibility study of the enlargement of Stevens Lake.

At the September 27, 1999 Board meeting, the Board approved a grant of $5,000.00 from the
Small Dam Site Account of the Construction Fund to the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation
District for a feasibility study of the enlargement of Stevens Lake. A copy of the Board memo
and a letter from the District requesting the grant are attached. We have reviewed and accepted
the Plan of Study for the feasibility study from the District's consultant.

Also, we can cancel the District's purchase order for $5,000.00 dated November 28, 1995 for a
study of the Martinez Creek Project.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Cc: Mike Serlet
